Welcome to my website!  I'm running for Hays County Clerk.  The County Clerk is responsible for keeping the records for two areas.  Courts Division - which includes:  Criminal Misdemeanor, Civil, Probate, Small Estates, Mental Commitments, and Juvenile Cases. Records Division - which includes:  Marriage License, Birth/Death Records, Official Public Records and Commissioners Court.
